GENERAL INFORMATION

UNIFORM
All Children will be required to wear the designated school uniform. Dresses for the girls and shorts with a collared shirt for the boys. On gym days both boys and girls will be required to wear the school polo shirt and shorts.
BACKPACK
We require that all students bring a backpack to school as this will be how teachers send home communication documents to parents and homework for children.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP POLICY
We ask that you drop off your children within the times of 08:00am - 09:00am. This is so that your child will be at school for the assembly. At the end of the day we ask that you pick up your children within the times of 02:30pm - 03:00pm, unless your child is attending the extra-curricular activities classes. For students of the extra-curricular activities classes, we ask that you pick up your children within the times of 04:00pm - 04:30pm.
CHILD COLLECTION POLICY
As parents we will ask that you provide the school with the names and photos of two individuals that may collect your child in your absence. If there is to be a change to the individual who is collecting your child we will require you to notify the school by 09:00am. If we are unaware of the change we will not release your child. Please note this is required for the safety of the child and we appreciate your cooperation.
SICKNESS PRIOR TO SCHOOL
If your child displays any of the following symptoms please do not bring them to school for the safety of your child and the other children at the school. Thank you for your cooperation.
Fever
Pink-eye
Vomiting
Rash
Lice
Diarrhea
SICKNESS OR EMERGENCY AT SCHOOL
If your child starts to show any symptoms of being sick at school we will take your child's temperature. If the child has a fever we will call you immediately and ask that you pick your child up. IN case of an emergency we will call the requested emergency contact.
SCHOOL MEALS
Children will be provided with lunch at schoo. Lunches will include a combination of meat or eegs, vegetables, and rice or noodles. If you would like to send your chold to school with their own meal you are free to do so.
ASSESSMENT
Regular assessments will be carried out throughout the school year. Each student will be issued an Assessment Report each term.
TEACHER PRIVACY
We have a responsibility to our teachers to keep their contact information private and we will not be releasing it to any parents. If you have questions or concerns please contact the school and we will have the appropriate teacher or administratior contact you.
